It’s a great pleasure and honor for me as officially nominated WKF Supervisor for the European Championships to welcome all of our members, male and female fighters, officials, VIP country presidents and supporters to our next European Championships in Chisinau.
It is interesting to see after the amazing World Championships in Spain 2024 – anniversary 60 years of the WKF – how the World is getting even more closer and therefore, it is pleasing to see the European Championships in the wonderful and charming country Moldova.
The next World Championships 2026 will be in November in Cartagena, Colombia!
WKF head office expect again more than 30 countries from all over Europe in north and South, east and west!
WKF MOLDOVA President Rustam ALIMOV has already confirmed that the next European Championships in 2025 will take place in the historic city of Chisinau.
The first meetings with the mayor and local partners and sponsors have already taken place.
As always, the official list of the various hotels in all price ranges is here online and will be sent to all our WKF EUROPE presidents by email.
As always, the World Referee Seminar will be held in the main hotel on Saturday and Sunday 21/22 June.

WKF licensed female referees and officials
WKF HEAD OFFICE work very hard in cooperation with our IRC- “International rules committee” to train our international officials and referees, to answer protests and requests for the competition rules and to develop our various WKF rules.
Our last World referee seminar´s 2022 in Wels, Austria, 2023 in Skofije, Slovenia, 2024 in Bucaramanga, Colombia and 2024 in Alicante, Spain, appointed several new TOP female WKF referees with international licenses.
Today we again have 14 female officials worldwide only with an international WKF referee license.
History has shown that nothing is set in stone.
As the world know – our next World referee seminar will be held in Chisinau, Moldova, Sunday June 22nd 2025, just before the WKF European Championships.

1st Championship of the Rep. of Belarus in …
… in WKF Kickboxing. From April 16 to 19, 2025, the First Championship and Championship of the Republic of Belarus in WKF Kickboxing was held at the Republican Olympic Training Center Stayki in the K-1, low kick, light contact and solo compositions sections. More than 400 athletes took part in the tournament.
It was a great rehearsal for the upcoming WKF Kickboxing World Cup, which will be held from September 15 to 21, 2025 in Minsk, at the Republican Olympic Training Center “Stayki”.
The referee corps from the world bureau of the World Kickboxing Federation WKF was presented and headed by Derkachenko Ivan Vasilievich – chief referee of the competition, WKF Supervisor for CIS states.

The first team place was taken by the team of the Vitebsk region,
The second team place was taken by the team of the Mogilev region,
The third team place was taken by the team of the city of Minsk.
WKF 2024 Kickboxing World Champions Kazaku Maksim, Nechitailo Viktor, Savchenko Stanislav, Chernetsky Ivan and Myagkov Evgeny became the winners of the first WKF 2025 Kickboxing Championship of the Republic of Belarus.
The tournament was organized at a high level, the fights on the tatami and in the ring were highly competitive, the Best won. There were no official protests.
The injuries were local and mild – abrasions, nosebleeds.
No fractures or cuts were recorded!
