WKF UKRAINE president Alexey Nikolayevich KAZANTSEV organised in Pershotravensk beside the Ukraine Open tournament and two title fights as well an international WKF referee seminar.
In these times of COVID a very courageous act that was successful.
After two days of the seminar 7 Ukrainian referees got their international license. One female Austrian and one German were able to extend their WKF license.

Special guest in the seminar was WKF World president Mr. Fritz EXENBERGER.
Sifu YAN started already with an election of international Chinese Referees and coaches for the upcoming World Championships in October in Cairo, Egypt.
The qualification of China’s best male and female warriors has also begun.

All International WKF referees, who not has attended the last seminars in Santorini 2017 or Buenos Aires 2018 must extend their license 2019 in Baia Mare. The new or extended license is valid for three Years again.

If you not have attended the last World Referee Seminars in Hungary 2015, Italy 2016 or Greece 2017 you must attend this next WKF World referee seminar in Hotel BYS, Palermo, Buenos Aires. Seminar start on November 2nd to 4th, 2018 at 5pm. Final registration is possible at 5pm before the seminar.
All WKF referees who wants to be in duty in the World Championships must attend the short seminar on Tuesday 9am !
