Honert is a respectable, very experienced young fighter from Schwerte near Dortmund, who has achieved success in the WKU and also in MMA. She was given 38 (!) fights and has 3 more than the world champion!

The “WKF local federation” President Florian BARTL once again organized his international WGP – Wienerwald Grand Prix in front of a sold-out hall.
Mayor Georg Ockermüller opened the top-class event and made it clear, among other things, that politics has nothing to do with top-class sport!
A total of 13 fights were on the fight card, with fighters from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Switzerland, Ukraine, Albania, Croatia and of course Austria.

The winner of the prestige 4-man tournament in super welterweight – 69.5 kg / 153 lbs was the Romanian Cristian MILEA, who was also able to take the WKF Intercontinental title to Bucharest.

The Austrian PRO-AM title in light middleweight – 71 kg / 156 lbs in K-1 of the WKF went to Wels. The only 16-year-old Bleon REDZEPI won against Yordan IVANOV unanimously after a big fight with 3:0 referee votes.

More 72 fighters including 6 female fighters completed its one day event on the 8th June 2023 at the Sir John guise stadium on Thursday the 8th June 2023 which started at 3pm with the opening Bouts and ended around 11pm.
President of the PNG Kickboxing Federation, Chief Stanley NANDEX said, after going through some challenges with the change of date from the 4th June to 8th June has interrupted its audiences and other minor sponsors but have managed to pull off the event on a good note.
From 72 contestants in to two Regions Highlands and Southern has completed with the result been in favour of Highlands Regions who claimed the 2023 winners of the Clash of the Regions.
33 bouts and the overall Medal Tally in favour of Highlands region winning 18 bouts and Southern with 15 wins.
The trophy for male division was awarded to Highlands region while Southern region also took the female division.
Team coach and international fighter for team Southern, Nelson Samson said he was impressed with the fighters both the male and female for putting up the fight. He said they will look forward to challenge the Clash of the Regions next year. He also congratulate the female division for claiming the title.
Team manager for Highlands region, Mr Kaupa Omena said , he is very proud with with the performances and said the team was very focused and they deserve the victory for event to have come down this far with much expenses and claim the Clash of the Regions title.
President Mr Stanley Nandex, said he also confirms that the Clash of the Regions Kickboxing Showdown will be a yearly event and he congratulate both regions for putting up a good show.
Nandex also thanked the Hon. Governor for NCD Powes Parkop MP, LLB for coming on board to become the major sponsor of the event.

Este magno evento se celebrará en las instalaciones del gimnasio municipal de Tariba estado Táchira Venezuela, y estará fiscalizado por la dirección de la WKF VENEZUELA. Contará con la participación de diferentes estados del país los cuales estarán enfrentando a la delegación de la WKF ONAM Colombia, y otras delegaciones del hermano país.
USA – MIXED STRIKING SHOW EN MIAMI

El 6 de mayo se realizó un nuevo evento en la ciudad de Miami. El Mixed Striking Show fue fiscalizado por WKF USA.
Dicho evento contó con 9 combates amateur de gran nivel. Queremos resaltar el trabajo realizado por el promotor Carlos Espinosa para que se lleve a cabo dicho evento. En esta oportunidad el equipo de trabajo fue integrado por WKF USA director Agustín Andiarena, Emiliano Arrieta, Conor Okus, Andrew Zevallos, Joseph Lo Re, Katherine Orjuela.
Seguimos trabajando en vistas de los objetivos que nos planteamos.
CHILE – NUEVA CAMPEONA CONTINENTAL DE LOS 50 Kg
Anahi DIAZ de CHILE, campeona continental de los 50Kg, Señor Rodrigo Miño
Anahi DIAZ de CHILE se consagro campeona continental de los 50 kilos en la modalidad K1 en el evento Internacional Fight for Honor que se realizó en Santiago de Chile el pasado 12 de mayo.
En la primera ronda Diaz venció a su par de Colombia Aguilar. Aguilar en segunda ronda fue derrotada por la Argentina María Ferreira quedando Argentina y Chile en la Final
La final fue muy pareja quedando el cinturón para Chile por la mínima diferencia
Felicitamos a la nueva campeona y al director de Chile el Señor Rodrigo Miño por su gran trabajo en el desarrollo de WKF en el país andino.
CHILE – SUMAMOS ARBITROS DE NIVEL 3
El viernes 12 de mayo se realizó la capacitación de nivel 3 en Santiago de Chile luego de 1 año de trabajo y con las practicas correspondientes Latinoamérica tiene 14 nuevos referees que se desempeñaran como jueces, árbitros y supervisores a nivel nacional.

ARGENTINA – LEON FIGHT 2 BRILLO EN SAENZ PEÑA, CHACO
Director WKF Latinoamérica Sr. Carlos SUAREZ Felicidades al nuevo campeón regional de los 67 kilos Mauricio BORDA
El 20 de mayo se realizó la segunda edición de LEON FIGHT en el estadio ARENA UNCAUS localidad de Saenz Peña, Chaco, donde se vieron peleas increíbles mostrando el gran nivel que hay en el noroeste argentino.
El evento se dividió en 2, por la tarde se hubo un torneo amateur rankeable con vistas al campeonato nacional y por la noche la velada internacional con 12 peleas.
Con un total cercano a las 70 peleas competidores de Chaco, Formosa, Corrientes, Misiones, San Luis y Entre Ríos dejaron todo para sumar puntos dentro del ranking nacional.
Quiero agradecer la presencia de WKF PARAGUAY junto con su representante Francisco Lefebvre con quien aunaremos esfuerzos para grandes proyectos.
Felicitar a los nuevos campeones zonales y al nuevo campeón regional de los 67 Kilos
Mauricio Borda quien venció a su par de Formosa.
El evento contó con una gran puesta en escena y fue transmitido en directo para todo el Chaco y el norte argentino.
Quiero felicitar la gran organización de Ulises Frias quien estuvo en todos los detalles del evento. Agradecer al equipo de trabajo que se trabajaron todo en la jornada en Ring y Area, en especial a Miguel Balbuena quien arbitro todas las peleas amateurs en ring. El equipo de trabajo lo hizo muy bien siendo sólidos y contundentes en los fallos aun en las peleas más difíciles.
Muchas gracias Ulises por tu atención y por tu trabajo, se vienen grandes momentos del deporte para el Noroeste argentino que harán historia en la región. En breve tendremos grandes novedades.
ARGENTINA – REFEREES, CAPACITACIONES DE NIVEL 1 y NIVEL 2
En mayo dictadas por Carlos Suarez se realizaron 3 capacitaciones de autoridades de ring con vistas al campeonato nacional a realizarse el 20 de agosto.
El 19 de mayo se realizó en Saenz Peña Chaco una capacitación de Autoridades de RING de nivel 2, en las mismas se vieron temas relacionados al K1 y Muaythai.

El 25 de mayo se realizó el nivel 1 en CABA donde se ve la modalidad LOW KICK y el formato de trabajo que WKF difunde a sus equipos de trabajo.
Por su parte el 26 de mayo se realizó la misma capacitación en LA PLATA organizada por Claudio Córdoba
Gracias a todos por su empeño y dedicación, 40 nuevos Referees comenzaron a transitar al camino hacia el campeonato nacional ahora quedan hacer las prácticas y completar los niveles para graduarse que son 3.
Seguimos trabajando por el crecimiento en América apostando al trabajo duro.
From the WKF Latin America office we welcome Mr. Jorge Luis Lema Rosero who has joined since June as a promoter in EcuadorRosero is the head of A.D.C.E (Combat Sports Association of Ecuador) and presented a work plan for events for the country that will take place in the second semester of the year.
His intention is to make WKFknown at the departmental, Provincial level and throughout the country, through different activities.

Desde la oficina de Latinoamérica le damos la bienvenida al Señor Jorge Luis Lema Rosero quien se suma desde el mes de junio como promotor en Ecuador
Rosero es titular de A.D.C.E (Asociación de Deportes de Combate de Ecuador) y presento un plan de trabajo de eventos para el país que se realizaran en el segundo semestre del año. Su intención es dar a conocer WKF a nivel departamental, Provincial y en todo el pais, a través de diferentes actividades.
