In addition to the presence of all continental delegations, the WKF’s BRICS division—a recent addition to the organization—was significantly strengthened during this event.

The division was represented by permanent BRICS member nations Brazil and Russia, as well as Belarus, which currently holds the status of a BRICS partner country.

Brazil, Russia, and Belarus engaged in intense competition inside the ring. Meanwhile, outside the ring, WKF officials from these three nations strengthened their mutual ties and discussed potential exchanges and the organization of joint events—initiatives crucial to the growth of WKF kickboxing and the fostering of stronger connections between the Americas and Europe.

Although represented only by Brazil, Russia, and Belarus at this world championship, the results established the WKF BRICS division as a powerhouse in the world of kickboxing.
